I built Clarae for the version of me who could manage a project at work and still somehow stand in the kitchen at 5:20pm completely defeated by the question, “what are we having for dinner?”
Not because I needed to become more productive. Because I was tired of being the place where all the remembering, deciding and organising lived.
Dinner. Forms. Birthdays. Money. Cleaning. School dates. Work. The thing you need to order. The thing you forgot to return. None of it is enormous on its own. It is the fact it all needs somewhere to live — and too often that somewhere is your brain.
One less thing to remember.
One less thing taking up space in your head.
Pick one thing. Use one tool. Try one system. Clarae is built to reduce the load, not give you another twelve-step routine to maintain.

Working mum of two, project-management professional and the person building all of this alongside real family life.
I created Clarae after realising the problem wasn't that I couldn't manage life. The problem was trying to manage work, home, children, money, plans and everyone's needs without a clear place for any of it to go.
My project-management background taught me how much calmer things feel when information is visible, priorities are clear and the next action is obvious. Clarae brings that thinking into everyday life without making home feel like another corporate project.
Then I add AI where it genuinely removes effort — not because family life needs more technology, but because sometimes you just need help with the thinking.
Ask me. I'd much rather point you to one useful place to start than convince you that you need everything.
